Alphelom Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

- Gift cards
- Clearance or discounted items
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered
Refund Process
- Return Shipping: For eligible returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return package. Returns without an RMA number may be refused or delayed in processing.To obtain an RMA number, please contact us at support@alphelom.com and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- A description of the item(s) being returned
- Photographic evidence of any defects or damage (if applicable)
